The following are informative business disclosures for donors and other supporters of my work.

Goods or Services Offered
I stream videogames and other content on Twitch and YouTube. I take donations and accept sponsorships.

Refund and Dispute Polict
I am happy to return all donations in full, within fifteen (15) business days. These do not include weekends or US Holidays. Please contact me via email and provide your donation details (platform -- such as PayPal or KoFi, user name, confirmation number, donation amount) as well as optionally a reason for requesting a refund. You (the tipper/donor/etc.) are responsible for any and all fees associated with processing the refund. As well, you forfeit any and all fees you had to pay to make the donation (including but not limited to credit card processing fees, platform fees, etc.

Cancelation policy
Please cancel any recurring payments BEFORE they recur for the given period. This makes it easier for everyone. If you are unable to do so, please contact me. Unlike one-time donations, refunds for recurring payments will only be processed within no more than five (5) business days after the payment had initially processed.

Transaction Currency
All transactions are processed in or converted to United States Dollars (USD).

Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details
All transactions are processed with reputable payment processors such as Stripe, Square or PayPal. I (Ziggy) do not handle any processing directly. If you encounter any form of suspicious activity, please first contact the platform you used to make the payment.
